2333510 - CST - Error: "no valid destination" when using logon groups and SAP Web Dispatcher

Symptom

The following entries are visible in the Web Dispatcher trace file, dev_webdisp:

*** ERROR => no valid HTTP destination server available for system '<SID>' using logon group 'My Group' rc=13 {0000000b} [http_route.c 3724]
*** WARNING => redirect failed request to foreign destination '!ALL' [http_route.c 3750]
*** WARNING => original destination was 'My Group' [http_route.c 3753]
