This KB article explains how to reset the e-signature pin from the user side

Resolution

To resolve the issue, follow the mentioned steps:

  1. User needs to click on Options and settings from Links section.
  2. Then click on Pin hyper link (as shown below).
  3. Enter the old pin and new pin details and apply changes.
