User Requested Scheduled Offering Notifications are not triggered

Learning Management System (LMS)

1. - User requested schedule for specific item
2. - admin scheduled this item for a date that is within timeframe requested by user,
3. - apm User requested scheduled offering is scheduled to run and succeeded,
4. - notifications are not triggered

- The reason is that this specific scheduled offering is using a facility  and this facility does not have a region assigned

- If the offering is using a facility, then it must have a region

- whether you choose a region while making a request or not, if the offering has a facility, this facility must have a region

1. Navigate to References > Physical Resources > Facilities
2. Search for your Facility and open it in edit mode
3. Populate the Region field
4. Apply changes
