SUM report below error during deployment in step DEPLOY-JAVACORE

An error occured during the execution of Deploy Java Core Components of action execute.
Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.SDMService failed with the following message:

Cannot execute Java process for deployList with parameters <Drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SUM\sdt\tmp\deploy_list.txt.
