2334103 - MalformedURLException with Custom Fiori Client using SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP12 PL04 Android - FC/KAP

Symptom

User attempting to run a custom Fiori Client using SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP12 PL04 Android and receiving white screen with error "Unknown Error".  Reviewing Android logcat from device shows following error:

06-22 09:00:25.964 19343 19494 E SMP_AUTH_PROXY: Tried to make an invalid url (no scheme or host) from string: myhost.my.mydomain.com:443

06-22 09:00:25.964 19343 19494 E SMP_AUTH_PROXY: MalformedURLException while making request for url myhost.my.mydomain.com443: Unknown protocol: myhost.my.mydomain.com
