Symptom

  • Debmas IDOCS failing with the Error: Relationship(s) were changed.
  • When changing Customer Master Data via Transaction XD02 the user is getting presented with the info message: Relationship(s) were changed instead of standard save message.
  • Transaction XD99 is not updating customer fields, despite saying changes were saved succesfully.
  • Mass maintenance of customer master fields is not working.
