2334184 - Component controller 'com.sap.solman.sysrec.Component' could not be found

Symptom

You received the error below for Fiori app "System Recommendations" after SP update.

Could not open app. Try again later.

App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded. Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent "#Action-UISMMySAPNotes"

In addition, the browser's Developer Tools (F12) shows one of the following error messages:

Error: The specified component controller 'com.sap.solman.sysrec.Component' could not be found!
Error: failed to load 'sm/sysrec/mynotes/util/Controller.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20180829144500~/sm/sysrec/mynotes/util/Controller.js: 404 - NOT FOUND
Error in app component com.sap.solman.sysrec: No descriptor was found - com.sap.solman.sysrec
Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #Action-UISMMySAPNotes - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getMetadata')
