2334322 - HOME PAGE TOUR NOT DISPLAYING - ONBOARDING 1.0

Onboarding 1.0 Home page tour is not available in BizX

ONB; BizX; Onboarding 1.0

One of the reason for this issue is the failure in the integration between Onboarding 1.0 and BizX.

For Configuration of Home page toue , Please review the topic " How to Configure the Onboarding Home Page Tour" in  admin guide (SAP Note 2245764 - Information - Administration Guide - Onboarding [General Knowledge]).

Even after the correct configuration, if the tour is not availalbe please check the following configuration

• In the application, check the audit log whether there is any integration error.
• Admin Center -> Manage Data -> Onboarding Candidate Info Object ( User id should be  created correctly in Onboarding Candidate Info Object)

Reach out to Support team through support ticket if you are not able to resolve the integration issue or Home page issue
