2334754 - DDDW computed field with user defined functoin displays blank - PB 12.6 .NET

Symptom

  • In a PB 12.6 .NET, a datawindow that has a computed field using a user defined function, when retrieved, the computed field is blank.  
  • If PowerBuilder functions are used for the computed field such as upper(column_name), the data is displayed as expected.
  • Also, if a new computed field is added to a datawindow using the user defined function, PB 12.6 .NET crashes.  
  • This works as expected in PB 12.6 Classic.
