2334787 - How does recently created Jam instance assign Admin permission to a user?

Customer wants to know how does a recently created Jam instance assign Admin permission to a user.

After the customer completes the order process, the SAP Provisioning team receives the request to create the customer's SuccessFactors Production and Test instances.

Creating the SuccessFactors Production and Test instances are the first step in the process.

Once the instances are created, a Welcome Email containing login credentials is sent to the contact within the SAP order.

Three to five days later (maybe more depending on the queue), the SAP Jam instances are integrated and other Welcome email is sent.

At this point, users can be granted access to SAP Jam. Access may take up to 24 hours based on the time of the initial import.

The first user to successfully navigate from SuccessFactors to SAP Jam will become the first SAP Jam Company Administrator by default. This user can then grant Administrator rights to others within SAP Jam.

Please note that SAP Jam Administrators do not need to be SuccessFactors Administrators. Often, the SAP Jam Administrators are not SuccessFactors Administrators, however any user can be an administrator in both applications.
