2334808 - An "dflib/dfo.cxx:15432" error happened when setting a DML_OPTIONS14 to 512.

Symptom

A specific query got aborted with a "dflib/dfo.cxx15432" error.

The error happens only when setting DML_OPTIONS14 to 512 at PUBLIC level for resolving another performance problem.
If Cognos is being used as a reporting tool, it's not possible to set the option to its default value.
