2335247 - Error "SHTTP082 - Could not find host or port information" in transaction SICF

Symptom

When testing a service or an external alias in transaction SICF, the error message "SHTTP082 - Could not find host or port information" is shown.
When calling the service URL in a browser, the service works correctly. According to the service settings, protocol HTTPS should be used.
