2335297 - “Assign at least one web transaction to user” in /SAPTRX/EM_START

• In transaction /SAPTRX/EM_START, system raises the error “Assign at least one Web transaction to user”
• When you launch the SCM-EM Web UI, you do not see any scenario and the system displays error “Assign at least one web transaction to user”
• Error message 01 512 is returned in the RETURN internal table by function module /SAPTRX/UC_GET_TRANSACTION and the web UI displays the error “Assign at least one web transaction to user”
