2335299 - datawindow.Describe("field.values") returns '?' for secondary DW - PB 12.6 .NET

• When datawindows use sharedata() and the primary has the field not painted and the secondary datawindow (DW) has a field painted with style radiobuttons, getting the value of datawindow.Describe("field.values") returns "?". 
• If the column definition in the primary datawindow where the column is NOT painted has the values as column=(type=long updatewhereclause=no name=generate_statements_by dbname="customer.generate_statements_by" values="Corporate ID 1004/Customer ID 1005/" ) then the describe on the secondary will yield the correct result.
• The describe does not look like it is looking at the values in the primary datawindow in pb.net. This issue might not just be for radiobuttons but for any style that could have values that we describe.
• The correct value is returned in PowerBuilder 12.6 Classic.
