2335350 - Country Field Drop-down Values Not in Work Permit Info Portlet for Spanish - EC

Country field drop-down values didn't appear in Work Permit Info Portlet (My Employee File > Personal Info > Work Permit Info) when you login to System in a Country specifc language.

Example: Español ‎(Spanish) Language:

1. Login to the Instance in Español ‎(Spanish)‎ 
2. Navigate to My Employee File 
3. Personal Info 
4. Work Permit Info Portlet
5. Country field dropdown values are missing

There should be some data/values in the picklist file in the Column with header name "picklistId" (filter 'ISOCountryList') > check Column with header name "es_ES" > there will be no data/values.

Please follow the below steps to fix this issue:

1. Download the picklist file (Admin Center)
2. Picklists Management select the radio button "Export all picklist(s)">Submit
3. When download is complete > 'Download export'
4. Open the downloaded Picklist csv file.
5. Filter the Column with header name "picklistId" > select/filter only 'ISOCountryList' > Please check or verify the Column with header name "es_ES" > There would be no data/value.
6. Enter the missing Data in the picklist csv file (Column with header name "es_ES"), save and Import the modified picklist file.
7. Steps to Import the picklist file (Admin Center > Picklists Management > Import Picklist(s) > Select Character Encoding "Unocide (UTF-8)" > Choose the modified file > Submit)
