How to deactivate multiple users in Learning

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to System Admin > System Management Tools> Import Data >
2. Click "Download Template" and click "User" from the drop-down, Click Submit.
3. Fill out the template as per requirement with data from the users to inactivate on the template downloaded.
4. Re-Import it back using the "Import Data" tool.

This procedure will deactivate the users on the list which you have uploaded.
