2335702 - Cannot modify custom column from Text to Date Format in an Assignment Profile

• When creating rules for Assignment Profiles, there is a custom column in text format; however, it should be in date format.
• This way, the search operators available would be 'Between', 'On or After', 'Is Not Empty', and others.
• How to change the search operator for custom columns to be date format instead of text.

• It is not possible to convert/modify a text format to date format for Custom Columns in SuccessFactors Learning.
• Only Standard Date fields (system available) have the search operator as date/calendar.
