Simulate future accruals in Time off does not work

In manage Time Off screen the system does not simulates the future accruals of employees even though in the time account type is defined "yes" for simulation.

This is not allowing employees to ask for future dated time off.

Below was the accrual rule that was configured in the instance.

On changing the calculation logic of ‘Account Balance’ outside the Create Statement, the issue got resolved.
