Twice monthly accrual end date issue
The time account type has been set up for a Twice Monthly Schedule.
When we try to create the calendar it shows the end date as 14th as mid of the month and 29th of the month or 31st of the Month.
If you calculate the number of days in the first half of the month based on the calendar it is 14 days instead of 15 days and for the later, it shows 16 + depending on the month.

Twice monthly calender run for Feb 2016.
Here, for posting the first accrual in the month, the Start date and End date of the calendar are by default selected by the system and it cannot be changed.
For example, Here the End Date is 14th Feb 2016.
Similarily, for the second accrual calendar run the end date is 29th Feb 2016.
For the month of March 2016, the first accrual calendar run’s end date is 14th Feb 2016 and the 2nd accrual calendar run’s end date is 31st Feb 2016.
This is the expected behavior.
First accrual period always ends on 14th and second accrual period starts on 15th.
The system was designed in a way that the first accrual is posted at the first date of a month (1st) and the second accrual at the mid of a month (which is logically the 15th).
