2336143 - Standard Succession Tiles are not available in Success Store

Symptom

Below Standard Succession Tiles are not available in Success Store to add to the instance.

  • Most Nominated Successor
  • Positions by Max Successor Readiness
  • Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness
  • Successor Readiness

Environment

  • SAP Successfactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Dashboards
  2. Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files > Add From Success Store
  3. Below Tiles are missing :
  • Most Nominated Successor
  • Positions by Max Successor Readiness
  • Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness
  • Successor Readiness

Cause

Check the Succession nomination method for the customer in provisioning.

  1. Login to the company in Provisioning
  2. Click Company setting
  3. Search for "Succession nomination method".

If the Succession nomination method is Role or Role-Person, then the above Standard tiles will not be available.

  • Positions by Max Successor Readiness (MDF non-EC)
  • Most Nominated Successor (MDF non-EC)
  • Successor Readiness (MDF non-EC)
  • Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness (MDF non-EC)

Resolution

  • Tile are only released for position based nominations and for the MDF schema.
  • Customer can create custom Tiles using Tile Builder based on the Succession domains available like Succession Nominations like Succession (Incumbent-based nominations), Succession History(Incumbent-based nominations).
