2336454 - Unable To Add Countries to Payment Method object from "Manage Data"

The Payment Method under Manage data does not show the country assignment fields and hence we are unable to assign payment method to any country and unable to create the payment info record as the payment information does not show in the pick list values.

1.  Go to Admin Tool Then Manage Data
2. Select Payment Method

1. Go to Administration Tools
2. In the Manage Employees portlet, select Set User Permissions
3. In the Set User Permissions section, select Manage Permission Roles.
4. Scroll down to Miscellaneous Permissions
5. In the Permission Settings section, Scroll down to Payment Method.Payment Method Assignment (Payment Method Assignment)

1. Go to Administration Tools
2. In the Manage Employees portlet, select Set User Permissions
3. In the Set User Permissions section, select Manage Permission Roles.
4. Scroll down to Miscellaneous Permissions
5. In the Permission Settings section, Scroll down to Payment Method.Payment Method Assignment (Payment Method Assignment)

Example: Enable  a View/  Correct/  Create / Adjust Order/  Delete / Import/Export
