2336506 - CS02: header unit only editable with proportion/product units

Symptom

You are using product units for a number of materials. For those materials, the header unit of the BOM is editable (screen field RC29K-BMEIN).

However, for other materials that have no product unit assigned, this field in the BOM header is no longer changeable.
