Is it possible to disable "N/A" option/answer in a survey?

It is not possible to remove this option since it's a hard coded value.

Currently the system is designed to provide the "N/A" option. An enhancement request should be raised to change the functionality.

A likert rating scale could be done as specified in the KBA 2354377.
