2336732 - Pay Component Groups or Annualized Salary Missing Data in Ad Hoc Reports

• Running a Report on PayComponent Groups returns the Blank Value in all the field's
• The Amount and Annualized Amount fields do not show up-to-date data.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite -Ad hoc Reports

1. Create an Ad hoc report and include the Pay Component filed ( Pay Component, Currency, Amount etc).
2. Generate the report, the report will not pull any data even though the data is stored in the data base. 

If HRIS PayComponent Group Sums Sync job is not configured in the Provisioning  the Ad hoc Report will not pull the data.

Schedule a HRIS PayComponent Group Sums Sync in Provisioning.

This can be done by Implementation Partner. If you do not have a partner, please reach out to support (LOD-SF-EC-PRV).

This job is always recommended to be scheduled during the weekends as it will take minimum 6-8 hours to get completed and it doesn't affect any performance of the system.

Please provide the below details in order to create the job:

1. When you would like us to schedule this job (Saturdays or Sundays)?
2. Who will be the Job owner (Provide a name of an employee).
3. Does the job owner need an email notification to be sent to him whenever the job starts?

Please note that once you have enabled this job and it has ran successfully, it is not possible to remove the values from the reporting table in the database. Even if the job is stopped, the values will display in the ad-hoc report. This is expected behavior.

Note: starting with B2305 Release, customers have also the possibility to directly run this job from the Admin Center.

1. On Admin Center, go to Scheduled Job Manager
2. Click on the tab Job Scheduler
3. On Job Type, select Job HRIS PayComponentGroup Sums Sync.
4. On Actions, you can click on Run it Now or
5. You can Create new job request and schedule it in future.
