2336953 - How to Manage Index Fields - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Changing the Label of one of the Index Fields for Process in Super Admin is not reflecting in Bizx

Environment

  • Onboarding

Resolution

1. Go to Super Admin – Process and check that index fields was changed

 

2. Go to Super Admin – Account - Manage Index Fields- Yes- Rebuild cache (screenshot 1)

3. Check Localization/Language settings for your User in Bizx

If your language does not match English the US you must add localisation to Localisation Resources file:

 

Go to Super Admin- Import/Export file - export file –add necessary key

For example for Start Date Panel you will use the following key : IndexField:Onboarding|StartDate:Description
