2337144 - Report renders blank page in CR Designer or RAS .NET or Java SDK when exporting to PDF when page lenght is set to maximum ( 999999 )

Symptom

A customer has a report that will not render in the RAS SDK viewer.

The Report page length is set to 999999 ( maximum paper length when Custom Paper Size is selected ) It removes all of the page breaks when exporting.

  • When exporting to PDF format to disk the export succeeds, may depend on resources and version of CR Designer.
  • When exporting to Application in CR Designer a temp file is opened in Adobe reader and no results are shown.
  • When exporting from a Java or .NET application the file size is about 25% less than what it should be and no data in the file.
