2337191 - Record Learning about External Event

When an admin registers a Record Learning for External Event, is there any function to upload some documents for each user?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

You can add documents to the learning. After the learning is recorded, navigate to Manage User Learning > Edit Learning History

Select the user ID, then search for the external event and open in the edit mode.

There you will find an option of file attachment where an admin can add the attachment for the user's view.

NOTE

• This functionality is a one on one process, meaning one document for each user ID. 
• You cannot mass update the documents for a single user, various items or various users with single item.
