2337418 - Continuous Performance Missing 'Performance Goal' or 'Development Goal' Dropdown When Creating Activity

When creating an activity in Continuous Performance, the Linked Goals section is missing the Performance Goal or Development Goal dropdown.

• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Login to the system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Continuous Performance
3. Select Create Activity

4. The Performance Goal or Development Goal dropdown is missing
   

• Enable Goal Management Access Permission has not been enabled for Goal Management
• Permissions have not been granted to the default goal/development Plan

For Goal Management:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Goal Management Feature Settings > check the box for Enable Goal Management Access Permission
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission roles > select role > Permission... > User Permissions > Goals > enable Goal Management Access
3. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission roles > select role > Permission... > User Permissions > Goals > enable Goal Plan Permissions for the default goal plan
   

For Career Development Planning:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission roles > select role > Permission... > User Permissions > Career Development Planning > enable Career Development Plan (CDP) Access Permission
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission roles > select role > Permission... > User Permissions > Goals > enable Goal Plan Permissions for the default development plan
