2337505 - "SCC Server is currently running..." message when attempting to start SCC - SAP Control Center

• SCC is stopped - "ps -ef | grep scc" Unix command returns no output.
• "scc.sh -start" raises the following message:
  
  SCC Server is currently running. Please use scc{.bat/.sh} -stop to shutdown the currently running server.

• "scc.sh -stop" returns no output and may "hang".
• "scc.sh -info ports" lists one or more ports to be currently in use.
