2337783 - Pop-up window not triggered in ERP upon receiving incoming call from SAP Contact Center

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • You have an SAP Contact Center and an SAP ERP integration via SAPphone
  • The integration works fine for both inbound and outbound calls, which are served in SAP ERP via transaction code "CIC0", however, when inbound calls arrive, there is no popup alerting the new call arrival in SAPGUI.
