2337998 - The To Be Hired field in position is not updated when changes are done from Job Information history page

The To Be Hired field is not updated, if a position assignment or the incumbents FTE is changed via a correction or a new record in Job Information History.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Position Management

1. Navigate to the Job Information History portlet of a user.
2. Change the position of the user or the FTE of the user.
3. The To Be Hired field in the position is not updated.

This is the expected behaviour of the system. Changes made in Job Information History will not sync across to or update fields in the Position.

To correctly update the To Be Hired field, changes must be made to the users Job Info, via the Add New Employee wizard or the MSS UI (Change Job and Compensation Info).
