Unable to view the contents under success store though it is enabled in the provisioning like docs of payment information, docs of document generation etc.
Cause
The current default language of the instance is could be anything other than English US
Resolution
It will require the default language to be set to 'English US' to have this issue resolved. This is the recommended configuration.
