2338551 - Condition/pricing related errors in SRM central contract replication / OA BAPIs

You replicate a central contract with material or material group (product category) item(s) from SRM to the ERP backend system via message PurchasingContractSRMReplicationRequest_In. The XML is successfully transferred from SRM, but the following symptoms occur in the ERP system:

• the contract is created/changed (seemingly successfully), but the conditions are missing, incorrect or incomplete
• the replication process fails in the ERP system with a dump or an update termination in the background. The contract is not created/changed, an error related to price/conditions might be visible in the postprocessing monitor (/N/SAPPO/PPO2).

The symptoms might also happen when using the service PurchaseContractERPRequest_In_V1 or even the BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE, BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE, BAPI_SAG_CREATE, BAPI_SAG_CHANGE as these also use the same programs for condition handling.

You also can face this issue when creating a contract workspace in Ariba.

Possible error messages/dumps raised by the system are:

• ME816 System error (error in method CL_API_MASTER_CONDITION_MM=>PROCESS)
• 06213 Error in net price calculation, item (Please correct)
• VK011 Currency is not defined
• VK022 Enter a unit of measure
• VK083 Conditions for the selection entered are blocked
• VK202 UPDATE error. Return code 4
• OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED
• SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
• ITAB_ILLEGAL_SORT_ORDER
• SYSFAIL
• GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED
• CONNE_IMPORT_WRONG_OBJECT_TYPE
