2338696 - Standard Objective/Goal Tiles showing No Result in Drill Down for "Number of Objectives/Goals > 0"

Standard Objective Tiles like Objective/Goal Distribution or Development Goal Count shows "No Result" in the drill down view for "Number of Objectives/Goals > 0"

1. Go to Dashboards or view a Tile in the Homepage
2. Run the Standard Objective/Goal Distribution or Development Goal Count Tile
3. Click on the Bar showing Number of Objectives > 0 ( Like 1,2,3 ..) to get the drill down data.
4. You will see a message "There were no results" although the Graph is showing the number.
5. Click or hover over the zero count - you will notice that it seems to include all users in the count.

The issue occur when customer edit the Drill down columns for the tile and either:

1. Remove the Username column from the drill down list.
2. Re-Order the columns and move the Username column from 1st Position to some other.

• Please note that in case you are changing drill down columns, Username must stay as a first column in drill down list.
• In these tiles, 2 domains are used and the first column is used to determine if there any users who have zero goals, therefore it can't be changed to anything else.
• The information has been documented by the Product Management Team and is available at Customer Community Site (http://community.successfactors.com/successfactors/attachments/successfactors/WorkforceAnalyticsProductResources/120/8/Overview%20of%20Standard%20Tiles.PDF).

In order to resolve the issue you can follow either of the below step:

1. You can edit the drill down columns and add Username as a First Column.
2. Delete the Tile already added and add the tile again from Success Store. This will add a new Tile to your instance with Username as a First column in drill down.
