2338717 - PUT and POST methods are not working with HTTPS

Symptom

PUT and POST methods are not working when using HTTPS connection while GET method is working fine.

In /IWFND/GW_CLIENT HTTP Respone is: 403 - Required service not found.

In /IWFND/ERROR_LOG the error is 'No service found for namespace, name OPU, version 0001'.
