2338762 - Time Recording Variant And Default Overtime Compensation Variant Not Updating Through Mass Change

Under Manage Mass Change the fields 'Time Recording Variant' and 'Default Overtime Compensation Variant' not displaying  drop down value picklist options, but instead are displayed as a text field.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Open Manage Mass Changes
3. Fill in values for all Time Off fields in use
4. You'll see Time Recording Variant should be a drop down but is displayed as a text
5. Write one of the options from the picklist such as Clock Times as text
6. You will see the Mass Change fails with error “please fill all Time Off fields or none of them.”

Currently Manage Mass Changes does not support value helps for ENUM data type fields, such as Time Recording Variant.

Please use the external codes for the picklists values instead.

In the case for Time Recording Variant write DURATION or CLOCK_TIME values in the text field instead of selecting the option from a dropdown.

For Default Overtime Compensation Variant use OCV_FULL_PAYOUT and DURATION values in the text field instead of selecting the option from a dropdown.
