Creating Visits for Individual Customers.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Account: This is information related to your coprorate customer.
Individual Customer: Individual customers are those customers who are not associated with a corporate account, but do business with your company directly.

Visit: Customer site visits are a part of creating and keeping good relationships with customers. They can also be a way to discuss, run, and monitor marketing activities, such as campaigns.

1. Go to the Visit work centre.
2. Go to the Visits view.
3. Click the New button, to create a new visit.
4. In the Account field, select the Overview Selection button.

Here, you can switch between various queries (depending on what your administrator has set).

If set as availalbe, select ‘Individual Customers’. With that query, you can search and select Individual Customers for Visit creation.

In other systems, ‘Individual Customers’ may be included under 'Accounts (All)' or similar.
