Rule with error message doesn’t trigger in contingent worker

Reproducing the Issue
The rule is attached to the validateRules section (Highlighted below) of the object definition ‘Work Order’.
In Admin Tools -> Add Contingent Worker -> Select the ‘Contract End Date’ as ‘01/01/2020’ -> Click on Submit
The rule doesn’t trigger.
Changed as of 1608 release
You need to make one change in the rule configuration
You need to add an expression in the 'if' statement with the AND operator saying that the work order status should be 'Active'.
Please see a snippet of how the 'if' condition should look after the change.
