2338888 - Sales Price List Alternate Approval not Triggering

Sales price list alternate approval not triggering even though there is an employee work distribution Rule maintained in the system.

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Business Task Management view.
3. Under Unassigned Items shows Subject Approve Price-/Discount List XYZ (XYZ represents Price list ID).

You are expecting this to be assigned according to the Employee Work Distribution rule maintained.

The Employee Work Distribution Rule in place for an Alternate Approver is based on sales organization context. But the Price List XYZ is of type customer specific price list and there is no sales organization context.

The alternate approvers with sales organization context only works for price list that contain sales organization as one of the parameters based on which the price list is defined.

Therefore maintain a work distribution rule without sales organization context.
