Unable to see the Stalled Workflows section in the Admin Alerts tile, even though it is enabled on the tile

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to the Home Page > Admin Alerts Tile > Stalled Workflows section is not visible
Cause
Missing permissioned to view Stalled Workflows
Resolution
Grant the related Permission Role with access to "Manage Workflow Requests", found under Manage Workflows > Manage Workflow Requests, when granting Permissions for the Role:
