Symptom

  • "This document does not contain any reports. (Error: INF)" error appears when opening a Web Intelligence document from BI Launch Pad.
  • Issue is observed since upgrading the BI Platform from version BO XI R2.
  • Upgraded with UMT (Live to Live).
