When using iso_1 client to connect to a cp850 server, operation on character "€" should cause Error 2402 because "€" is not supported in iso_1.
However, for operation in a stored procedure, if there is a good record without illegal character "€" executed successfully, following records with "€" will also be executed successfully and be replaced as a "?" even though Error 2402 is reported already.
