2339391 - VLS Instructor not recognized

I'm trying to schedule an instructor for a virtual WebEx session. The system allows me to select the instructor. However, when I select VLS Server WebEx, a "Warning: Specify a valid primary instructor" message appears. I have tried to create a new account and use an existing

account. I get error messages with each option :

On checking the WebEx you will see that there is an account already present with email id that is currently being used.

Sync of the instructor account from LMS with the account present on WebEx which has the username  in the 'Account ID' field in LMS has to be done.
