2339758 - SuccessFactors Home Page v3 loads at the bottom of the page

Symptom

When accessing the new SuccessFactors Home Page (version 3), the focus of the page on load scrolls to the bottom of the page rather then the top. This issue happens in Internet Exporer, Firefox and Chrome.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud - Release b1605
  • Employee Central
  • Home Page v3

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to your SuccessFactors system that includes the upgrade for the new Home Page (version 3) and navigate to the Home Page
  2. Notice the Home Page loads at the bottom or middle of the page rather then the top, the focus is on the 'My Info' section

Cause

The issue was raised to Engineering as a defect in the b1605 release and will be fixed in a future release

Resolution

  • Engineering has created a fix for this issue and has added the fix to the b1608 release
  • The fix will refocus the page to the top rather than the bottom of the page on load
