Symptom

  • When scheduling any document to email using the %SI_OWNER% placeholder in the "from" field, the following error occurs:

Error: address error. [ Failed to send the address or addresses to SMTP server. Return code : [SMTP 501 - Syntax error in parameters or arguments. ] . Reason: [ Administrator ] ] . [ CrystalEnterprise.Smtp ]
