2340123 - SQL0440N No authorized routine named "MEMORY_TABLE"

• During the upgrade to NetWeaver 7.50 the following error occurs during phase MAIN_SHDPREPUT/START_SHDI_PREPUT.
  Severe error(s) occurred in phase MAIN_SHDPREPUT/START_SHDI_PREPUT!
  Last error code set: Shadow instance couldn't be started, check 'STARTSSC.LOG' and 'DEVTRACE.LOG': RFC error system SID nr 00 function 'UPG_IS_SHADOW_SYSTEM' failed with code 3 key DBSQL_SQL_ERROR: SQL error SQL code: -440 occurred while accessing table DD02L.
• To analyze errors during the start of the shadow instance, check the
  'STARTSSC.LOG' and 'DEVTRACE.LOG' files in directory
  '/usr/sap/SID/SUM/SUM/abap/log'.
• 'DEVTRACE.LOG':
  SQL0440N  No authorized routine named "MEMORY_TABLE" of type "FUNCTION" having compatible arguments was found.  SQLSTATE=42884
• Similar error can also occur after kernel upgrade:
  "SQL message: SQL0444N  Routine "*RY_TABLE" (specific name "MEMORY_TABLE") is implemented with code in library or path "...lib/bin/routine/db2sap", function "db2sap_memory_table" which cannot be accessed.  Reason code: "6".  SQLSTATE=42724" ."
