2340145 - Force File Download Property Ignored

If you have activated the 'Force File Download' property as outlined in SAP Note 1886839 - Microsoft Office doesn't open documents from CM, you may find that the property is ignored if either of the following two scenarios are in place -

• The filename contains a 'dot' (prior to the extension), eg. 'file.name.docx'
• You manually remove the file extension in the 'Name' field when uploading the file
