2340229 - jdbc/SAP/BC_CIM data source might not be found - Deployment of NW 7.50 components not possible

1. During upgrade to NetWeaver 7.50, the SUM has stuck in the Downtime phase, Deployment to the AS Java.
2. The displayed error is: "CIM_ERR_FAILED: Lookup for jdbc/SAP/BC_CIM data source failed. Check your server logs for more details."
3. Before starting the upgrade the Operation System (OS) language locale had been with different value than the required - en_us. The OS language locale is set to the correct one en_us.
4. The SUM upgrade has been reset. Yet, the deployment fails on the same upgrade phase.
5. In the AS Java default trace might be seen the following exception chain:
