2340304 - History Records - Updated by User Name instead of Employee Id is currently not possible

It is currently not possible to change settings to see history records as updated by User Name instead of updated by Employee Id

The history record is associated with User Id for the following reasons:

• Only User Id is used and displayed for all transactional records because the User Id is unique and does not change
• Usernames can be changed while the underlying User ID remains the same
• Audit logs also use User Id instead of User Name
