2340972 - Unexpected plant is displayed in the dropdown list in ME2L

Symptom

In the initial screen of T-code ME2L, user enters "ABB" in the dropdown list of field "Plant" and expects all the plants start with "ABB"
can be listed. However, as result, there is also other plant like "ABCB" displayed.
